About bat9 — Bangladesh's Home for Live Casino and Cricket Betting

Who We Are

bat9 is an online gaming platform built for the Bangladesh market. We operate a full-service gaming destination — live casino tables, cricket and sports betting, a slot library of over 1,000 titles, jackpot games, and crash games — accessible from any phone browser without requiring an app download. The entire experience is designed around how Bangladeshi players actually want to play: fast deposits via bKash and Nagad, betting markets on BPL and Bangladesh Tigers matches, and live dealer tables that stream clearly even on a standard 4G connection.

The bat9 team has spent considerable time understanding what separates a genuinely good online casino experience from a frustrating one for players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across Bangladesh. The answers were consistent: payment methods that actually work locally, load times that work on real Bangladeshi mobile networks, customer support that responds in a reasonable timeframe, and game content that includes the titles people in this market care about — baccarat, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, live roulette, and Aviator alongside classic slots and sports markets.

Our Mission

bat9's mission is straightforward: build the most reliable online gaming platform available to players in Bangladesh. Reliable means payments that process without errors, games from verified providers with published RTP figures, a support team that is reachable and responds with useful answers, and a security infrastructure that protects player accounts and transactions. Everything on bat9 is built toward that single standard — reliability first, features second.

We also believe that the best online gaming platform for Bangladesh is not simply a copy of a European or Southeast Asian platform with payment methods swapped in. bat9 is designed from the ground up to fit the way people in Bangladesh use their phones, manage their money, and engage with sports and entertainment. That means BPL cricket markets alongside Premier League football, bKash as a first-class payment option rather than an afterthought, and customer support hours matched to Bangladesh Standard Time.

What bat9 Offers

bat9 covers the full range of online gaming categories that matter to Bangladeshi players. Here is a quick overview of the platform's main areas.

Our Core Values

Four principles underpin everything bat9 builds and every decision the platform makes.

• 🤝
  Transparency

Game RTP figures are published. Bonus terms — including wagering requirements — are displayed in full before a player opts in. Withdrawal fees (none for standard mobile wallet amounts) are stated clearly. bat9 does not hide conditions in small print.
• ⚖️
  Fairness

Every game on bat9 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. No game outcome on bat9 is predetermined or manipulated. The same fairness standard applies to live dealer games, slot spins, and crash game multipliers alike.
• 🌏
  Local Focus

bat9 is not a generic global platform serving Bangladesh as an afterthought. The payment integrations, game selection, sports markets, customer support hours, and seasonal promotions are all built around the specific needs of players in Bangladesh — from Cox's Bazar to Rangpur, Mymensingh to Khulna.
• 🛡️
  Player Safety

bat9 takes responsible gaming seriously. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools are available to every account holder. bat9 is strictly a 21+ platform. We do not market to minors and we do not accept registrations from players under 21 years of age.

Who Plays at bat9

bat9's player base spans every major city and division in Bangladesh. The majority of players access bat9 on Android phones using mobile data — primarily Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, and Teletalk connections. This is a reality bat9's platform engineering has been built around from day one: the site loads fast on mid-range Android hardware, deposits via bKash process in seconds, and the live casino stream quality is tuned to hold up on a standard 4G connection without requiring fibre or broadband.

Seasonally, bat9 sees significant spikes in activity during BPL cricket season, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments — Bangladesh has one of the most passionate cricket audiences in the world, and bat9's sportsbook reflects that with comprehensive market coverage for every international Bangladesh Tigers fixture and every BPL match. Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day promotions are built into the annual promotional calendar because these are the moments that matter most to players across the country.

• 📍 Nationwide coverage — Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh all use the same bat9 platform with no regional restrictions.
• 💰 Low entry point — Minimum deposit of ৳200 keeps bat9 accessible to casual players who want to try a few live casino rounds or slot spins without committing a large sum.
• 🏏 Cricket-first sportsbook — Cricket markets — particularly Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, BPL, and T20 tournaments — receive the deepest market coverage on bat9's sportsbook. Football, kabaddi, and hockey markets are also available.
• 📞 Responsive support — Customer support is available through the platform's help channel during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours, with extended coverage during high-activity periods such as live cricket match days and BPL finals.

Payments Built for Bangladesh

bat9 was among the first online gaming platforms to treat bKash as a primary payment channel rather than an optional add-on. Today, the majority of bat9 deposits are made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — a reflection of how Bangladesh's financial ecosystem actually works. The minimum deposit of ৳200 and zero platform-side fees on standard mobile wallet transactions are deliberate choices that make bat9 accessible and practical for everyday players.

For players who prefer bank transfers, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank options are also available. Visa and Mastercard deposits are supported for players who use international cards. All withdrawal requests to standard mobile wallets are processed without a platform-side fee and typically complete within 15 minutes for standard amounts.

Playing Responsibly at bat9

bat9 is a 21+ platform. Every player on bat9 must be at least 21 years of age. This is not a compliance checkbox — it is a genuine commitment to ensuring that bat9 is only used by adults who can make informed decisions about their gaming activity. Age verification is part of the registration and KYC process, and bat9 reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage.

If you ever feel that your gaming is becoming difficult to control, bat9 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools directly within your account settings — no need to contact support to activate them. You can also visit our Responsible Gaming page for more guidance. bat9's support team is available to assist players who need help managing their gaming habits.
