1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete agreement between you ("Player") and bat9 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bat9 website at bat9.ws, including all services, games, promotions, and content offered therein. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bat9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with bat9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use bat9. bat9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically so that you remain informed of the current conditions governing your use of bat9.

2Eligibility

To register and use bat9 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bat9 does not accept registrations from persons under 21 and will terminate any account found to have been opened by a minor.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing bat9 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons subject to court orders, guardianship, or legal restrictions that limit contractual capacity are not eligible to use bat9.
• Single account: You may hold only one bat9 account. Any person found to have registered multiple accounts will have all accounts suspended and any balances held pending investigation.

3Account Registration and Security

When you register a bat9 account you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must update your account information promptly whenever any detail changes. bat9 relies on the information you provide when processing deposits, withdrawals, and identity checks.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your bat9 login credentials confidential, including your mobile number and password. Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• bat9 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where those losses result from your failure to protect your credentials. Notify bat9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.
• You must not allow any third party to use your bat9 account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Allowing another person to use your account constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• bat9 may request supporting identity documents at any time. Failure to comply within a specified period may result in suspension of account access and any pending withdrawals being held until verification is completed.
• All account details — name, date of birth, address, and contact information — must match the identity documents provided during KYC. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal restrictions until the inconsistency is resolved to bat9's satisfaction.

bat9 may close dormant accounts — those showing no login or financial activity for more than 12 consecutive months — after notifying the account holder. Any remaining verified balance will be processed in accordance with applicable withdrawal procedures before closure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bat9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through supported payment channels. All financial transactions on bat9 are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary depending on the payment method selected and are shown in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
• bat9 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected bank transfer channels. Payment method availability is subject to change. The current list of supported methods is always shown in the cashier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. bat9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or methods belonging to persons other than the registered account holder.
• bat9 may hold withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, security checks, or satisfaction of wagering requirements attached to any active bonus. Players will be notified of any hold and the reason for it.
• bat9 charges no platform-side fee on standard mobile wallet deposits or withdrawals. Transaction fees levied by payment providers such as bKash or Nagad are beyond bat9's control and may apply. Check with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Standard mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval for amounts within standard processing thresholds. Bank transfer and larger withdrawals may take longer. bat9 is not liable for delays caused by payment provider systems, banking holidays, or events outside bat9's reasonable control.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bat9 offers promotional bonuses to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual offer and in the promotions section of your account.
• Bonuses are awarded on a per-account, per-promotion basis. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once — including through multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and results in forfeiture of all associated funds and derived winnings.
• bat9 may withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of modification will remain subject to its original terms.
• Free spin credits are valid only on the specific games stated in the offer and expire at the time specified. Unused free spins cannot be converted to cash or transferred to other games.
• bat9 may reclaim any bonus or promotional credit from a player's account if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was claimed in error, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms.

Seasonal promotions including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day are subject to their own specific terms and validity periods published on the promotions page when each offer is active. General bonus terms apply where specific terms are silent.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

bat9 offers games provided by third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding a game's rules before wagering real funds.

• All bat9 games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical events — such as the turn of a card or the spin of a roulette wheel — observable in the live stream.
• bat9 does not guarantee game availability at any specific time. Games may be unavailable due to maintenance windows, provider downtime, or other technical factors. bat9 will not be liable for losses or missed bets arising from temporary unavailability.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error, or server failure — bat9 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account balance. Where a void is not technically possible bat9 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules.
• bat9 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event outcome has been determined, bets placed at incorrect odds due to system error, and bets bat9 reasonably believes were placed with prior knowledge of the outcome including through match-fixing or insider information.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bat9. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, pending withdrawals withheld, and any winnings derived from the prohibited conduct forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with bat9 games, betting markets, or any part of the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings from any known or suspected software error must be reported to bat9 support immediately and will be voided if not reported.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming bonuses more than once, evading a self-exclusion, or circumventing any account restriction imposed by bat9.
• Using bat9 for money laundering or depositing funds derived from illegal sources. bat9 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Colluding with other players, sharing strategies designed to exploit platform mechanics, or participating in any organised scheme to defraud bat9 or other players.

bat9 employs fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Activity patterns suggesting prohibited conduct will trigger a review. bat9's determination following such a review is final, subject only to the formal dispute process described in Section 13.

8Responsible Gaming

bat9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. A range of tools is available within your account settings to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. A limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a defined period of continuous gaming. This feature helps players stay aware of the time they spend on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from bat9. Temporary exclusions may be set for 1 day to 12 months. A permanent exclusion closes the account indefinitely. Once active, bat9 will use reasonable means to prevent the player from opening a new account during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Enable regular pop-up notifications during game sessions showing the duration of your current session and your net profit or loss. Reality checks support informed decision-making during active play.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bat9 platform — including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the property of bat9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use bat9 solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any bat9 content without prior written consent from bat9. Unauthorised use of bat9's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat9's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bat9 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm — arising from your use of or inability to access bat9.
• Losses arising from service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, acts of God, or other events beyond bat9's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on bat9 that is subsequently found to contain errors, including odds, game RTP figures, or promotional details. bat9 will correct material errors promptly upon discovery but does not warrant the continuous accuracy of all published information.

11Account Suspension and Termination

bat9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms including prohibited conduct, multiple account registration, or failure to complete KYC verification within a required period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal activity connected to the player's account or transactions.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the self-exclusion policy. bat9 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests before formally closing the account, subject to completion of applicable verification checks.

12Amendments to These Terms

bat9 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bat9 will notify registered players via the email address linked to their account or via a platform notification displayed upon login. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of bat9 after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms you must stop using bat9 and may request account closure by contacting bat9 support. bat9 recommends reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms.
